I know it's possible in Windows XP to exclude certain file extensions from appearing in the recent items list by modifying the registry ( HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\Curre ntVersion\Explorer\RecentDocs ), but is there any 3rd party program that lets me do it with a simple check box?
That would be much easier and I'm less likely to screw it up by removing the wrong key. Preferably something that has versions for both XP (32-bit) and 7 (64-bit). |
