You don't lose the XP either pulling that trick?

Boots of speed you take the character that gets teleported in and run to the good door and open it. You lose a bit of XP if i recall. But it disables the whole thing. If you don't have Baldurdash fixing it of course.

Like I said in my above posts though I talked to the Genie asked if I could think about it and come back. Then just pickpocketed the Tear of Bhaal with my familiar.

No,because you don't open any of the doors.

By just stealing the tear of Bhaal from the Genie after saying you want to think about it. I didn't have to kill the Genie. I have Black Razor.

 But can you exit the area if you don't talk again to the genie? Maybe I don't remember well.

Yep. Tell him you need to think about it. Pickpocket the Tear that acts as the good one. Walk right out. Nothing stopping you.

Kept both BlackRazor and am still "good"

I talked to the Genie and gave him BlackRazor, then paused right after talking and talked to him again, this time my character told the Genie that he did not have the sword and that he would return. I checked my inventory and I had the tear, then I killed the Genie and retrieved the sword. Went to turn in the tear, (but dropped Blackrazor on the ground first as a precaution) and got the saving throw bonuses and retained my Chaotic good alignment.
