And today's award goes to Ronald Page for gambling away $1.5 million that he was able to get from ATMs when he only had $300 in his account at Bank of America due to a glitch.

Can you believe that? What did he think was going to happen?

You would think after the first few thousand dollars he'd realize he's being an idiot and stop. Instead he kept going for over a thousand times that amount. Doesn't make any sense to me, but then again I highly doubt I'd ever find myself in that situation

Hehe! True Monty! That line put my eyebrows in a knot. That guy spent 5000 times his maximum, withdrawing 312.000 (USD, not Vietnamese Dongs) at a time. That's a lack of brains and a surplus of greed, not a lapse of judgement.

Next up: Rob Olson kills his nearly-acre-sized lawn in an attempt to kill weeds. Then had to cancel the charity music festival he was trying to clean up the lawn for.

I kinda feel for the guy since the article says he consulted with the garden center personnel, but come on, who hoses down 40,000 square feet of lawn with plant killer without being absolutely sure it was meant for use on lawns?

Noramlly I would say "Moron!" but considering that most of the US has dead lawns everywhere from the excessive heat, this is actually not that big of a deal. Now he fits in with the rest of us....

Well, the idea of carrying a gun right there indicates that the woman had no intentions to kill someone. You see, when she would flex her muscles, the gun goes off, simulating a massive queef, and because of the recoil the weapon itself shoots away as a blunt projectile weapon, knocking the target out. Unfortunately, it has not yet proven to be reliable, as it often leaves the shooter with bruised toes. Apparently, every woman that's been using the method was in her period, what would explain the blood loss that's always involved somehow.
