LOTR anniversary Extended DVD

I heard that there was to be an extended version of the whole Trilogy later this year. Anyone know when?

I have heard that RotK (theatrical) will be released in June, RotK (extended) will be released in November as will a deluxe boxed set (just in time for Christmas) of either the theatrical release or the Extended versions.

Some rumors that the theatrical and extended versions would be released together as a super-mega-deluxe geek fest edition...have been denied.
