Reworded Jaheira Problem

After extensive research on my problem, the final dialogue with Elminster not appearing, I looked at various things on the net, including Extremist's faq. I'm left with some dilemmas. #1, When I leave the game for an hour after the love talk right after you sleep with her or don't (something like, "did you have a good sleep, lte's get going" with a choice About last night...), Elminister is supposed to appear, but instead the dialogue loops back.

#2 The Dermin things never really happened, I only saw him once, and the other events never came, so I'd skip those. Terminsel came once to give me a letter, that's the only time i saw him. So could there be other variables in Global that haven't been marked, such as Dermin Appear or Dermin Spawn that might contribute to the error in the final Dialogue?

Just an idea - when playing for the second time, I was experimenting a bit with the "creatures-spawning" via the console. I was able to spawn the poisoned Harper (start of the Harper quest), and it worked normally - as I did not had this encounter in the game yet. The same for Elminster with the letter. So - it is possible, that you will be able to spawn the Elminster version (actually another creature) for the dialog you need. Try out to find the correct creature ID in the Shadowkeeper.

SebastianLi, since this is your first offence, I'll overlook the fact that you posted three times with the same problem (twice in this forum, and one in the SoA one). I deleted the other two. However, if this happens again... Well, let's say it had better not.

Go read the Forum Rules and the FAQ like you were asked when you registered. You obviously don't even understand such basics as post editing.

sorry about that, it won't happen again.
I tried using the console to create Terminsel, but Terminsel appears and approaches yet doesn't say anything at all. It seems that tthere must be some conditions set first in the global or character affects before he talks, but I just can't figure it out. Jaheira lovetalk is at 70,
and I've tried different combinations of Terminselappear at 1 and JaheiraRomance at 1.
Could it be that Throne of Bhaal is installed, but yet I still haven't finished SOA yet?
