Joluv, hidden weapons

I had read about quite some weapon names which I haven't found in BG2, so after looking everywhere, I finally checked a walkthrough. One example:

Scarlet Ninja-To +3 (WANINJA)
Location(s)
Slums District (Copper Coronet) - Purchased from Joluv (Note: Joluv is available in the Pre-Order Edition only)

I've tested clua-ing it into the game, along with a few of the other weapons he has, the data is in my game, but he's not around. Is there any mod to make him come out of hiding even if I don't have the pre-order version? I'm playing a 4+1 cd version, if that matters at all.

That's stoopid. For some reason, Deidre was in my override folder, and I recognised the IWD items as "not standard bg2", but it still puzzled me that I couldn't find Joluv anywhere. Thanks for the tip

IIRC, Deidre is added with the official ToB patch, but they've never officially added Joluv.

I know for sure that Deidre is added by the Collector's addition of the game. I'm sure that there is a download here that gives you the Collector's Ed. content as well.

A little info:
If somebody (I think anybody) goes hostile (turns red) in the Copper Coronet, Joluv makes a break for it. He won't be found in his usual spot. He might be in a corner or even outside. Just a tip if he "disappears" on you.

Not so much a Doh! as a "yeah, see I knew you could download the content from SP". I have the Collector's Edition, so I've never bothered to look into it much myself. I just assumed there would be something like that here. EVERYTHING is here.
