Rebalancing Riskbreaker kit!

A while ago, I received feedbacks, comments and suggestions about Riskbreaker's immunity to Time Stop from players in this forum.

At that time, I promised to consider all of the suggestions and start a poll in the mod's forum. Now, we have the poll. Every one who wants to participate is most welcome to vote and to send any additional comments as well. Here is the link:
