Problem with Jaheira's quest

After I had rejoined Jaheira back to my team after she went alone to the harper place, Dermin did not appear after more then 3 weeks but according to the walkthrough, he should have appeared in 2 weeks time. what's wrong? Is it a bug? By the way, my main char is a female, so no romance with Jaheira and this problem only started after I had installed TOB in the middle of the game. Before that, it had never happened. Can someone help me?

That's one of the more common bugs associated with Jaheira. While buggy in its own right, ToB is to blame for that happening.

There are numerous threads here that discuss this and how to fix/get round it. I'm sure if you do a search on "Jaheira", "romance", "Dermin", or any combination of those, you'll find the way to correct it.
