No Summons to Harpers

I seem to be stuck. I cannot seem to get the Jaheria romance to continue. I did the Underdark very early. Now I am doing all the SOA quests before I go and do Bohdi. We did get attacked by the bandits, but that was days ago. It was shortly after coming out of the Underdark. I think I chose the right responses. I looked up an old thread that seemed to say that you must sleep outside again for Jaheria to dissapear with the Harpers. I have just went to every area outside the city and did a rest. No luck. According to SK the lovetalk variable is at 27. But I think the Harpers summons is supposed to happen even if the romance is dead. So I do not know what to try next. Maybe I have to finish Bohdi first? Any ideas? What can I look at with SK to see where I am at?

Wait for several hours realtime and THEN rest. This is a quest that needs a lot of time between encounters, and maybe you just have to put the game on pauze for an hour and sleep for it to continue.

There is a realtime counter too!? One that will continue even with the game in pause? Had no idea. But that is probably not it. Since the bandits, I did the whole Keep quest and then the Unseeing Eye quest. Possibly the Windspar hills too. Several hours of real time play. Which is why I am worried.

EDIT: Ok, I just went to the graveyard to see what would happen. Bohdi did NOT kidnap Jaheria so I guess the romance was broke at the bandits. I still thought that the Harper summons should happen. You just have to have Jaheria in your party. So how do I fix the romance?

Well, you're in trouble.
The quest should happen right after the battle with bandits or if you ever break the romance.
use CLUA to fix it ?

Help Please. I am still stuck and I would like to continue this game and not start all over.

Here is some additional info:

My game is after the Underdark and I had the bandit attack many game days ago. But I never get the summons to the Harper Hold. As a test I went to the graveyard and Bohdi did NOT kidnap jaheria. Looks like something is broke.

I have never kicked Jaheria out of the party. I did do the bandits correct according to a romancing guide. My party rep is 20. I did take Bohdi's side this time. I did complete the Jaheria cursed quest, the Renfeld quest and the Xzar quest. These were all before Spellhold and the bandits was after the Underdark.
