Must Have Mods

In my most recent game, I installed Ascension (w/all components) and Tactics (w/improved dragons, the acid-kensai, and a few others). After having played the mods, I have come to the conclusion that I can not go back to an unmodded game, as they both mods add so much to the experience.

That said, I have been searching the web for other mods, and have found there are many others out there (most of which are not reviewed in the mod-review forum). So, what other mods do you guys use as an integral part of your games? I already have Sola (I will not use his moonblade) and Kelsey penciled in for my next run.

Dungeon-Be-Gone. I sleep during the escape from Irenicus' dungeon without it.

Ease of Use for the unlimited ammo and potion stacking mainly.

Oh yea I forgot to mention that I had Dungeon-Be-Gone installed. That one is definately a must have.

I'll add EoU to Sola and Kelsey.

Ease of Use is the only mod I would classify as must-have. Other seasonings to taste.

So which components of EoU do you guys install? Many of them look rather cheesy to me.

I usually use the following:

Mods that add difficulty in the game (like Tactics,Ascension):

- Improved Battles
- Deeper Shadows of Amn
- Planar Sphere mod
- Improved Asylum
- Oversight Mod (the Improved Sendai component)

Mods that add content in the game:

- Unfinished Business
- Quest Pack
- Banter Packs
- NPC Flirt Packs

I agree.Personally I use only the multiple Strongholds component.Also I think it's OK if you install the True Grand Mastery comp. as well.

From EoU, I have:

-unlimited ammo stacking
-unlimited potion stacking
-shut up 'You must gather your party' voice over
-turned off hideous Cloak of Mirroring, whiffleball affect
-true grandmastery
-Imoen dialogue fixes
-shapeshifter rebalancing
-Jaheira romance fixes

I like the fact that EoU is so user-friendly; everything's pretty much spelled out, so that you know exactly what you're getting, and you can use or not use whatever you wish.

I also NEED Unfinished Business, if only for Minsc's quest.

Quest Pack (newest version) is cool, I played the game for sizth time AND I managed to find new, intriguing and curious things!

Ah, and Kuemper, if you sleep during first dungeon try using Improved Ilych from tactics, it sure makes first dungeon A LOT more fun and exciting!
