When I unzip the file from SP, each soundfile works just fine. When I copy/paste them to sounds in TOB, then start the game, only about every other file will play. What's going on with that?

You might want to check the feedback / sound options. You could just have voice feedback turned to sometimes/seldom. If you turn it to always, you'll always hear voice cues whenever you do anything.

Hm, when you preview a soundset when making a character, these sounds don't work then either. I think it was about 60+% that weren't working. You could hear 'Why you little. . .' and 'D'oh!' mostly but others wouldn't play.
