full walkthrough??

cant find one. all ones ive found have the linear quest progression and not every thing.

specifically, i am stuck in the temple north of umar hills. have recued mazzy and opened 1st shadow door, answered the stone faces ridles and got one third of symbol.....but cant find how to get past second shadow door.

guess i am missing something.....help )

Dan Simpsons SoA+ToB walkthrough is the best I've ever read (scroll down, it's tagged as "new").

If you want an online walkthroughm you could also go for the Baldurs GateII Online solution here at SP, though it doesn't cover one specific area (you haven't reached that far yet, anyways.

If this is your first runthrough, I would recommend that you try to do it without any refference at all. Walkthroughs are like cheats: they're hard to stop using once you've begun.

If you're talking about the one to the west, you don't. You have to go around it to the east (across a bridge), and you'll be on the other side eventually. Pissed me off the first time, too.

But if you're looking for a good walk-through, Dan Simpson's is the way to go.

I know it was already said ... but seriously, you CANNOT get better than Dan Simpson's Walkthrough. It has to be the greatest walkthrough around!

Dan Simpson is the man, I would still be wandering around the Nashkel mines without his help. The man is seriously on my Christmass card list.

Try his contact info at the top of his walkthroughs. I know he did change over to Gmail.
