In warehouse on Targos docks you get a scroll which is only a part of a pair. I've finished the game and haven't found anything related to this, has anyone?

Well mainly it's useless ,unless you talked about it with Phaenn - the mage that came to targos with sellswords drinking in tavern in docks ,then it becomes clear that he is a mole and needed this scroll to teleport goblin forces to Targos,but before that it's better to talk to the priest of Myrkul from the same company and targos Mayor's elven wife :first warns you that Phaenn can't be trusted and second identifies the scroll for you.After that you can kill Phaenn and take a reasonably good loot for Ch1
