OK, starting new game, going with the bard. Not sure what i will multi him into @ 11th level. Couple of tanks upfront. Want to try the DG monk. Should I keep him in monk early or go multi early. Same question with druid, go druid for a while or multi early?

The druid will be powerful when you get enough lvls, so if you plan on multiclassing him just use a few mix in lvls (depending on the favored class of his race you may have to make him eiter fulltime druid or split 50/50). A 50/50 druid/barbarian is quite good as a tank, but the fulltime druid isn't much worse if you place his abilitypoints right, and he'll get the spells much earlier. How to do with the DG-monk depends on what you want with him. You should either take a lot of or very few monk-lvls. Reed Jukkas jupp if you want ideas for good decoys. In my last 2 parties i've used a decoy based on jukkas arcanepartys decoy.

With monks, you either take just 1 level or you go almost straight with them. Its entirely upto you what you want to do.
My last straight DG monk had stats of 8-20-10-14-20-2 with level ups going to Wis or Dex. His AC went through the roof and he could hit pretty often as well.
Druids are like Clerics, you want to get them to a high enough level as fast as you can and then think about multiclassing them.

One suggestion for a druid is to go with a half-orc (human or Ghostwise works, too, but a half-orc gets the +2 strength, and this character can really tank at 16 str, 14 con, and 18 wisdom... you might even drop the wisdom a little bit at first to add a point or two of Dex, since some neat Wisdom-enhancing potions drain dex), and take a level of Barbarian. At first, it just means you're faster and can use more weapons, but once you get a Druid's immunity to fatigue, the rage becomes a useful mini-boost you can use without problems.
