Importing/updating character portraits

I'm interested to know, is there a way to adapt the portraits from, say, Baldur's Gate II, for use in Icewind Dale II? Not that this game's character portraits aren't good, but there are a couple of good ones in Baldur's Gate II that I thought might do for Icewind Dale II.

I thought somebody had already done that? Isn't there a set of BG based portraits for IWDII on this site somewhere?

Actually there is a very extensive portrait set from BG and BGII I think, right here on Sorcerers Place.
Here's the link:

Also you can get sound sets from those games as well as from other things.
