hey i just noticed (after almost finishing bg2 first time through) that I don't have body parts flying all over the place when you hit someone hard when i play bg2, so I guess there's a line missing in my baldur.ini file. Would anyone be so kind to send his/her file to my e-mail or just tell me how to fix it. I got the English version so I'm wondering why I don't have it.

I thought there was a "gore on/off"-option in the Options screen? Never paid any attention to it myself, as it was on by default in my installation... (Sorry I couldn't be of more help...)

There's definitely a gore switch...But I think the monsters only break up into bits when you take them past -10hp in damage.
My best guess. |

Oops sorry, I posted the same topic twice. Don't ask why. Stupid mistake. Sorry, sorry.
Anyways I figured it out. I had to add another line in the baldur.ini file. For everyone that doesn't have it, just put Memory Access=100 under game options in the baldur.ini file [This message has been edited by Igor (edited March 16, 2001).] |
