I shall no doubt read anything they bring out. The article serves to bring it home that there will be no more.
(After those bits anyway).So many boooooooring things to do in life, so very few really funny books to read. A sad loss is Mr Adams. I shall enjoy the summer though. Re-reading the Guide. |

I was just complaining a few weeks ago that he never writes much anymore. Now he's gone. :-(:-(
Douglas Adams' stories were a big part of my life. They were like onions, layer after layer of subtle wit. I'd read the books again and again and still discover new things that made me laugh until I cried. I didn't completely understand the man in the shack until after a few reads. I have that green guy from the cover of all the books tattooed on my left leg. When I get grim, I make myself look at my leg, and it makes me laugh. Rest in Peace Douglas A Frood who really knew where his towel was |
