I am right now finishing the deathgate series by Weis and Hickman. I'm just wondering: How many of you have actually read these books? Or even better, how many of you have played the GAME?

I had the game, and it was TERRIBLE. You'd be better off hitting your head against a brick wall. You'd have more fun and see better graphics (dancing in front of your eyes)

I read all of the books and played the adventure game. BTW, I loved the game, but that was a LONG time ago...

Some of the best I have ever read.
There are so many crappy fantasy books, but these are really original.

I love those books. Death's Gate is my favorite complete series of books.

In spite of that(or more likely, because of it), the idea of a game based on it fills me with horror.
