Montresor has made a very generous donation, so here's to an early Christmas for SP!

Sadly, we've only had 3 more extensive SPS account renewals this year and the number of SPS account holders is lower than ever before, which needs must result in partial suspension of the direct downloads feature. The more significant downloads and those with more lasting appeal will remain, but those that quickly got outdated and/or require regular updates to stay current (larger mods, trailers, demos) will be removed & discontinued. I really don't like doing this because a lot of effort has gone into sorting, uploading and posting all of that material, but updating it is simply no longer viable. At this point SP has become more or less a one-man band (luckily, with a few exceptions) and I have to start rationalizing and prioritising where my attention is needed the most.

I hope you'll all understand and won't be too disappointed by this small reduction. I can promise you that it will be offset soon by exclusive new message board features that will be easier for me to deploy and maintain. Also, new exclusive downloads will definitely continue to be added, but they'll be primarily along the lines of soundtracks and other more lasting content.
