Not a surprise that I didn't come up with the usual answer for one of these things, I almost never do.

Back in a psych classes I took at university, I drove the prof nuts by never thinking/perceiving the way that "normal" people do. He claimed that I was the only student he had ever taught who had to be talked through how to see one of the optical illusions in the manner that "everyone" normally perceives it.

It was quite amusing actually, everyone else had trouble seeing it the way I did and had to be talked through how to do so. Meanwhile I had to be talked through how to see it the other way around.
