For school I must write a paper about the functionalities of webportals. I must get my information from difrent sorces of the internet including Forums.

So if someone has information aboutthe functionalities of webportals please Post

Your question is too vague as the exact definition of a Web Portal is uncertain, in everyday use/misuse, and applied to many different things (all of which seems to have escaped the attention of those in the US Government responsible for approving trademarks

, so you technically should not include the term Web Portal(tm) on the webpage that you are using as a Web Portal. This point is naturally ignored at the very highest level ).
