NWN 2 Worlds have interviewed Adam Miller, the author of the NWN2 module entitled Dark Waters. Here's a snip:

Moving to your more recent activity, from your public posts and our talks in the past you have a ton of custom content (CC) for this new module in the works. Can you give us specifics on what to expect?

The first module has a fair amount of custom content. The voice acting is pretty big, as it brings a lot to the characters. I've implemented a fake lipsynch mechanism, basically copying lipsynch animations from the official campaign and matching them to the length of the sound file. We also have new models, such as flintlock pistols and a blunderbuss. There's new icons, load screens, placeables, and countless new visual effects. Later in the campaign things get more nautical, with a number of ships to sail about on the ocean, along with placeables that match (I'm partial to the ruined lighthouse and half-ship tavern).
I had a lot of help with modeling, with Razvan doing the bulk of it and Danmar working on a couple great models later in the campaign. I was also lucky to get some great voice actors, which turned out really well. Teen girls will swoon at Daniel's bawdy quips and boys will have funny feelings for the sarcastic yet sweet Heather. Several musicians contributed to the score, including Magnus Ringblom, Christian Pacaud, and Stijn Arnauts. It was an honor to work with them all.
