I think I read somewhere that the final battle with sarevok was different if you had tosc installed. Has anyone noticed any differences between plain BG and tosc?

I have played it both ways and the only difference I noticed was that with TOSC installed, the bad guys could be at a higher experience level - as is appropriate considering your own higher experience cap.

I think the only difference I noticed in ToSC was that the pedastal that the bad guys spawn on is trapped with 2 web spells and a stinking cloud - in the same trap!
When I finished BG1 I used a backstabbing/potion of invisibility method to kill Sarevok, when I played ToSC poor Coran went sneaking up to Sarevok when whammo, he was incapacitated every possible way. Needless to say, Coran didn't make it out alive, I still managed to kill all of the baddies though. |
