I did a search on this and only found out that it was in the underdark. Can anyone verify where exactly in the underdark it is? It'd be real nice to have that. Thanks.

underdark ... then there mustbe two cutthroats in the game
 since I usually found mine in Bohdi's lair during my second visit, it's in Bohdi's coffin iirc.

It's not in the Underdark. It's in Bodhi's ship-like coffin after you kill her for good when coming back from Spellhold. Funny that this is not in Simpson's walkthrough.
