IEEP problem

sorry if this topic has been covered before but i am a new BG2 player and can't seem to get a mod to work, it uses IAP files and i was told i needed IEEP to put the files in, so i DLed it but when i try to run the program i get a MSCOMCTL.ocx error, how do i fix this? so i can use the program?

You also need the VB6 package I believe, which is what they may have meant. Is available here about halfway down the page.
