It says it was just put up two days ago, but I distinctly remember seeing the same video quite a while ago. Maybe mid 2009? Anyway, yeah, our budget problems are a lot bigger than $100M.

Indded that is referencing Obama's FY2010 budget - as in the one that ended on Sep 30. He initially proposed that budget back in February 2009, so it's a lot longer than two days ago that the link represents.
