Then again, on Saturday I may sort of have been one of the goths doing a bouncy line dance-y can-can to Lucy in the Sky With Diamonds so my life is kind of awesome.

Line dancing to Lucy in The Sky with Diamonds? I love the Beatles, especially the weird stuff, but I can't wrap my mind around line-dancing to it. I guess I've lead a sheltered life.

Oh and I scored at a garage sale yesterday - got a whole box full of old D@D type game manuals for $2. I'm sure someone will eventually want them.

Well those things sound fun and all but it can't beat watching the local wannabe "rage gang" of pubescent boys walk by in the evenings kicking over sign posts and free newspaper dispensers. I hope they don't move onto the next level and start shaking sticks at wild rabbits and insulting each others choice of hoodies.

I don't understand those people, why are they are causing damage ? Is it just vandalism for the sake of vandalism ? They form groups to belong to something greater than themselves, to forge an identity. They probably want to be taken seriously, yet all they do is talk **** and act childishly. That seems counter productive to me. Live and let live people live and let live

You know that that was made up, really? There's nothing wrong with that sentence and nobody in Germany at the time laughed at it. The misconception was propagated by the American media who picked up the whole doughnut reference from an unreliable source and treated it as fact (which it was not) from that point on. Just goes to show how easily the media can spread unchecked BS...

I always thought "Ich bin ein Berliner" means "I am a Berliner" i.e. Someone from the City of Berlin. Doughnuts ? what ?

We're in 2012, you'd think that people would've figured out the differences between "reply" and "reply to all" ?!

Sis emailed us all to invite us to the twins' birthday. So obviously now I receive every single reply 'cause they're too dumb to notice they've replied to all. Most annoying.
