Golden Torso (where)??

Everyone seems to have trouble finding the arms and legs. Without knowing it at the time I managed to pick t up. However, I cannot find the right building. Hints have suggested the house above the Tanner's in the Bridge district (is this the same as the Tanner's shop??). I must be missing something. Pleeeaassseee help !!!!

There is a house below the tanners house in Bridge District. If you walk from the Temple towards the bottom / south side of the bridge you will come to a door on the sw side of a building. The door is quite stiff as you will be if you are not careful.

Or go from the South side of the bridge, about the 3rd house from the West end. Door on the SW side and you will know if you got the right one (see above).
