How do I finish chapter 3?

A belated thansk to those who helped me when I didn't know where to look for the mithril necklace. Now, I seem to have finished all the quests but can't seem to finish chapter 3 - although I undoubtedly am missing something. What do I have to accomplish to finish this chapter and get the boat to start chapter 4 (to some pirate's den)? The only thing I haven't really done is kill the lich Klaxx, which I figured I'd wait to do until my party was stronger.

Assuming you are playing the "good" side, all you need to do is finish Aran Linvail's three quests (Mook, the deserters, and Bodhi) and then go speak to him. He then brings you to the boat and you're off to Brynnlaw.

And for the evil side, Chapter 3 ends when you got report to Bodhi that you have whacked Aran Linvale....

In either case, good or evil, Aran/Bodhi asks are you ready to head out or do you need to do something else..

So you shouldn't(won't) be surprised when you actually set sail.
