Hey, I'm currently playing as a bounty hunter halfling and it's ok. Can bounty hunters backstab, and what's so good about them. Any disadvatages I should know about. Or anything really good about them? Thanks!

Yes they can backstab, for other class abilities, just read the class description in the character creation screen or your manual.

Their only disadvantage is that they can only spend 20 point on thieving abilities every level. His traps can be pretty useful and become quite powerful on higher levels. He can backstab with the same damage modifier as a normal thief. The bounty hunter is the least disadvantageous kit of the three, closest to the pure thief in abilities.
You can read more about the bounty hunter and compare it to the plain thief and the other thief kits here: http://www.sorcerers.net/Games/BG2/thieves.htm [This message has been edited by Ragusa (edited March 05, 2002).] |
