How I beat the golden demilich (gaxx i think) easy.

well this is for those of you who have the mace of disruption +2 on u, a spell protection scroll or spell. Get ur mage right up to kangaxx and then cast spell protection and then protect against abjuration (I thnik thats the one) and then get someone with at least 1 profincency with the mace and get him/her to hit the golden skull. for me it only lasted 2 rounds. easy. But it put me in denial that he was actualy dead coz only latsted 2 hits, whereas my dad was dying so badly against it.

You got it lucky!

I wasn't going to waste time looking for anti-magic protection, so I tried all sorts of tactics on the bastard. All of them failed, and he bul*****ed me to death each time.

Finally I used Imoen and Time Stop to beat him up.

Korgan. After having done everything else and having Crom Fayer. In a rage (only start when he turns into a demi-lich or he'll imprison you when it runs out). Wham! Dust!

oh just give up the 2 rep points and take him down as a slayer, or use korgons enrage and keep everyone else back.

well i guess i should have told you that i did it just after i paid the 20 grand, so I didn't have slayer Imoen or Time stop for that matter.

Blast it! You can use the Slayer?? You can use the Berserk ability that Minsc has? WHY DIDN'T I THINK OF THAT!

All the time I wasted....drinking potions of Insight, opening gates and summoning pitfiends, spawning spiders and moon dogs....all IMPRISONED.

What the f***?? Imprisonment at will?? Even an AMNIZU has to touch you first to do that!!

I dont know if anyone has stayed in the slayer form for a long period of time. But DID.

**SPOILER**

After a few rounds you will start takeing damage. not much, like 2 or 3, then it will be 5 or 6. Still, not a big deal. I healed myself to full health....and then it KILLED ME!!!!!!!!!!! over 100+ HP and it killed me.

I spent this weekend and did Khangaxx and shangralar in one day , with no rest inbetween , for Khangaxx just cast protect from magic abjuration , having three mages with that enabled , speeded and finally the spell that turns your mage into a fighter of same level , took him down quite quickly.

thats a decent way of doing it Mage. but the way i did it still wasn't with beserk or n e thing like that of any matter.
