How to get stronghold

how do you get the fighter stronghold ? i have done the quest for nadila but cant seem to get the option to receive the stronghold, what do i have to do in order to get the stronghold?, thanks

Have you done the entire quest (to avoid spoilers, I'll just say you'll need to have reached her father)? After that you'll have a conversation with Nalia when you get outside. You will, however, only be offered the castle as a stronghold if you are a Fighter (single, dual or multiclass). What class are you?

yes i finished the quest, she saw her father, we killed the head troll, we are standing out side, she says she has no where to go, yada yada and all i can say is stay with me youll be safe, the lead char is a paladin (caviler), i asked about a marriage of convience etc but never get an option to get stronghold, thanks for your help, oh btw, i have finished the game twice, but just wanted to see what was with the strongholds as i never had the chance to get one

Paladins do not get Nalia's Keep as their stronghold.

ok, then what if any stronghold does a palidin get ?

You get to join the paladins of the Radiant Heart. To start off the quest, go to the Copper Coronet in the Slums district and talk to Lord Jierdan Firkraag (you can't miss him, he's very insistent). When you've done that, take him up on his quest.

MINOR SPOILER:

Don't kill the main enemy yet - the time for that will come later.

Guess what?You can get all the possible strongholds using a very handy patch found at the Baldurash Homepage(don't know the address though but the site is well known for its patches)Try it out,it's not like cheating or anything..

Maldir, bummer, i did all that stuff already the other times i played through, i was just trying to see if i could get a stronghold, since i saw it mentioned, thats lame for a palidin, you dont even get to store any thing in the room they give you, oh well, thanks for your input
