I am prolly to slowest one around..

finally finished last night. Oh well.. why rush?
Now, sorry if this has already been spammed billion times, but I haven't noticed: when is the add-on cd coming out? Throne of Bhaal or whatever it was. You know if it's coming in week-two I'll wait, but if it takes months I start a new BG2 game already

Congrats tih your finish.
Guess what, I haven't finished yet...
I'm in chapter 7, just at the entrance of Suldannesselar, whith all those adamantite golems and all.
There are a whole lot of others that haven't finished the game, so don't be ashamed...
About Throne of Bhaal I don't know.
I live in the Netherlands and the date is always a couple of weeks/months (!) later than America.
So you'll have to question someone else...

Go ahead and start a new one. From what I know it's gonna come out this summer. If you're not in the States you gonna have to wait a lil longer

Your not the only one. I just finished it last night. Now I think its time to replay Icewindale with the expansion pack.

try a drow conjurer for lead character, she'll die a lot, but very funz

I had Phyron (cavalier), Minsc, Keldorn, Yoshimo, Aerie and that wanna-be paladin at start.. then I got tired of him and left him in the sewers and took Nalia with me. Later I met with Valygar and he seemed like a great warrior so I just had to take him with me - Minsc was the one who got replaced. I tried that woodguy.. (sorry can't remember his name

but he didn't fit my group so I took Yoshi back.
One pretty weird thing in my group (and also a BIG mistake) was that I dueled Yoshimo.. when he was level 11-12 or something to thief/fighter. So he was a crappy fighter without thiefing skills for a long time. And that's why I had to keep Nalia with me only to find traps and pick locks.. :\
Finally when Yoshi was able to use thief skills again Nalia had become a pretty good mage so I didn't want to kick her out anymore.
Once I returned to the mainland (after spellhold) I had one empty spot in my party. I remembered Minsc and Boo which I left to Tradesmeet. I got them back. Though Minsc was pretty crappy since he was lvl10 or something when others were ~14. And he has poor resistance against mindspell attacks.
Oh well.. with this party I was walking across the wilderness when we met Drizzt and his party.. after nice chat they offered help beating up some vampires. After that I also visited Shadow Thieves and the Order who also offered their best men to aid. Well.. if I remember correct I had this party till the end.
And btw, had nice romance with Aerie.. who is a great mage/cleric.. and more
