    Wasn't his line "We can take them" to Aragorn - peraps my favourite Gimli joke from that film - pretty much the same as "They don't stand a chance!"?

    [​IMG] Morgoth she's read the book too so Mortensen knows about Sam's obsession with the pony, and also points it out. That sick little halfling, he's a lot sicker than me. Come to think of it, while watching FotR she was the one making the comments about things, like Sam's 'special friendship' with Frodo, and what Bilbo's name sounds like ;) . You want sick coments, ask her :p

    Any character: Well, I don't think Tolkien could forsee what his writings have implied in the twentyfirst century. Weren't we created in a more innocent age, where women didn't exist below the neck, and machoism wasn't percieved as gay.
