Red Dragon Disciples: All the RDD stat gains are being properly removed during level-down in the 1.62 version of the game. The fix will not retroactively fix characters that were leveled down in previous versions of the game (those characters will still be illegal). If you've created a new RDD character starting in version 1.62 of the game and it has become illegal, then it must be from a different problem that we are not aware of (or your character was actually leveled down before you had version 1.62 of the game installed and you forgot).

Item bonuses: 32 is the max on items, and that is intended. It is possible to get more than 32 total SR, but not through items.
