| Customer Reviews: One of the best computer games of all time. November 27, 2009 Adrian Johannessen (Mn, USA) 3 out of 3 found this review helpful
great game. if you have a mac that can handle it i recommend pushing the setting all the way up and doing a full install. it seems to run much faster than running on minimum graphics (not sure why, logic would say otherwise). hours of endless fun.
Don't buy if you have snow Leopard September 23, 2009 Erik Mohaber 1 out of 3 found this review helpful
I have Snow Leopard, I can not get this game to work period. I've been on the forums & re-written files as recommend, & downloaded stuff without success.
The greatest game of our age April 30, 2009 Stuart R. Harrington 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
This game, in my professional opinion, is the greatest RPG ever created. Especially considering its several years old, and it is still putting games like WOW or Diablo to shame. If you dont know how to play 'Dungeons and Dragons' (neither did I) it will probley take you alittle while to learn the ropes, (especially when it comes to complex mage battles). But hang in there, pretty soon you will be jammin through it, and destroying faces!
classic strategy February 20, 2009 Christian 0 out of 1 found this review helpful
an oldie but the story is deep and I like being able to just go off and kill some weirdos in the forest whenever you want if you don't want to stick to the quests
A classic that never dies November 25, 2008 K. Kramer (Brandon, FL USA) 2 out of 2 found this review helpful
I'm not going into too much detail about the game, I think other people have done that well enough.
This game is an undying classing. If you are a D&D fan, you will love it. If you like roleplaying games with an engaging story, you will love it. The Infinity engine is dated, yes, but brings Baldur's Gate II alive. The dialogue is great, the story is great, the characters are sublime, you can't go wrong with this game.
Simply put, if you own a mac OSX system and don't have this game, you're missing out.
