Album Description
Disc one features the original album masters of some of Michael's biggest hits such as "Billie Jean," "Smooth Criminal," "Human Nature," and "Thriller" arranged in the same sequence as they appear in the film. The disc ends with two versions of "This Is It," the original and an orchestral version. "This Is It" is featured in the film's closing sequence and includes backing vocals by Michael's brothers, the Jacksons.

Disc two offers fans a rare listen to the early demo versions of classics "She's Out Of My Life," "Wanna Be Startin'," "Somethin'," and "Beat It." This disc also features a recently discovered spoken word poem from Michael Jackson entitled "Planet Earth."

Michael Jackson's This Is It also includes a 36-page, commemorative booklet featuring exclusive photos of Michael from his last rehearsal.

Album Description
Limited two CD edition in eco-friendly packaging includes a bonus disc containing demos of three of his biggest hits plus an unreleased poem read by MJ. 2009 release from the late great King Of Pop, the musical companion to the major motion picture of the same name. When he died in June of 2009, he left behind hundreds of hours of footage, which have been edited together to create a glorious tribute to his majestic talents. Disc One features some of his biggest hits sequenced in the same order as they appear in the film. This package includes a lavish 36 page booklet.

5 out of 5 stars Can't be Beat   March 11, 2010
Mary Kay (Oklahoma)
Love this 2-disk album of some of the best songs by Michael Jackson. I bought it mainly for the Earth Song, but enjoy all of them. And the price was so much better than anywhere else.

5 out of 5 stars Michael jackson - The Greatest   March 4, 2010
DDManning (Elkins Park, PA)
This video was the greatest. Saddly, it is also the best work ever. You actually get to see how hard MJ worked at perfection with respect to entertainment. He is/was the greatest. Truly "gone too soon". I had to buy 2 copies. One to watch, and 1 to keep forever.

Where is Judith Hill and MJ on "I just can't stop loving you" from the movie?

5 out of 5 stars This is It Rocks   March 3, 2010
Karin Klicker (Minnesota)
So many people were so sure that Michael was in no condition to perform. The last laugh is on them. What I saw was Michael Jackson singing and dancing like He did years ago. Interesting too, that he looked so good despite being addicted to ALL those pills - yet the drugs in system were the ones that Dr. Loser killed him with. The film is awesome. He's not putting on a show - remember this was intended for his peronal library.

4 out of 5 stars Musical History   March 3, 2010
Henry Breneman (HONOLULU, HAWAII, US)
My Wife and I went to the movies to see this. Our child was a fan since he was 9 and I grew up with rock & roll, so I have listened to his music but not really a fan. But my wife wanted to go to the movie so, I was really impressed. So when the DVD came out I had to have it. Its great.
