Since I've now played Warrior and Mage, it's time to give the Rogue a go. I'm going straight to solo. It's a lot of fun with the rogue.

  • Main tactics is pretty much just to kite them. Usually I'll stealth at the beginning, get some distance, and then try and pull them one or two at a time.

Sharp little pinpricks. This quest was almost easier solo than in a group. Of Course Ignacio would one-shoot me if he got the chance, but stealth allowed me to pull the archers into the side rooms and deal with them first (stealth first, then go to either of the rooms and make sure that you have only one of the archers within sight, then start shooting. Rinse and repeat), and also deal with the two waves, so I had the boss alone in the end.

Even on his own he's a serious threat, and of course my dog had no chance whatsoever of keeping aggro over me, but clever use of an upgraded evade (stuns), stealth and miasmic flasks got me through the encounter.
