Jaheira's lovetalk has been stuck on 27 for ages, and she has yet to be summoned to the Harper hold for the first time (i.e., by Galvery). Is there a trigger I don't know about for this, or, if I'm stuck in a bug, can I use the console to spawn the Harper that summons her? If so, what's the command?

    Thanks

    Did you rest?

Honestly, this is the part of the romance that I always get stuck in as well.

Well, here's the globals, not sure whether it would help or not.

Did you do the Xzar quest?

Yeah, I've rested all over the place multiple times, and I finished the Xzar quest a long time ago. I can force the lovetalk to 29 and skip killing Galvery, but I'm guessing that will cause problems later.

Rastor, you mentioned globals but didn't post any. Was that an oversight? And by the way, if your by-line is true, you must be the envy of the planes!

There's at least a half dozen variables controlling this, so I was hoping that the problem was being caused by something else.

I can't remember the addy, but there is a bugfix for Jaheira's script out there somewhere, hopefully someone (Beren, you there?) can post it.

    You could try CLUAConsole:CreateCreatureObjectOffScreen("JAMERONI")

Try setting ("ReturnToHarpers","GLOBAL",1) and see if that does anything. It's a trigger in Jaheira's file that tells you that you need to go to the Harpers.

Here's the conditions that the script checks for:
So, it won't start in any Chapter except 2,3, and 6. If you want to use the Global, set "JaheiraHarperPlot","GLOBAL" to 1. I'd rather create Meronia, though, and see if it works.

    ;) :D
Hehe. Yeah, I'm one lucky cutter.

[IMG] Thanks, Rastor. That helped a lot. Looking at the code, I figured it was the Bandit plot that was the snag (that encounter hadn't taken place yet). Once I set the Bandit plot global to 1, that encounter happened and resolved, then the harper plot began normally. Much appreciation.
