    Say I had 5 Skalds singing would the main char get a +10 to hit and damage +AC?

    Yep. You can simply summon imagse (Mislead, Simulacrum) and have those sing in order to have multiple bard song effects up, though.

    I thought they made it non-stackable after the SPL file was externalized. Though I suppose an orchestra is usually more inspiring than a single musician.

    It's one of those we-know-it's-cheesy-but-we-don't-really-know-if-it's-an-exploit kind of things, and over the years Beamdog has grown enough as a developer to leave things like this alone.
    He may surprise us yet.

    I don't mind multiple bard songs overlapping so much - as a bard can't take other actions while singing there's going to be diminishing returns as less and less of your characters are actively making use of the stacked bonuses.
    Using simulacrums/projected images can get you around this limitation however, is something i personally would count as gaming the system/cheesing, so i wouldn't mind them patching that.
