Game Won't Launch!

    I'm using XP. (SP3)

    Did Patches 1 & 2 after I installed & I keep getting that spinning disc that won't stop & everything freezes. I don't even get to the demo screen. Just spins on my desktop & I gotta manually restart.

    I'm open to any workarounds or Anything.

    This game was never a problem for me. I've played it before just fine a few times on the same laptop. Wondering if my settings may've changed since(?)


    What to do? Thanks!

    I had an Issue like that on my older XP system as well. I completely unistalled the game, reinstalled and re-patched and it worked fine. Try that 1st. If not, maybe one of the experts here can help, i'm not one of them, just a fan of the games is all.

    Google "toee nocd", click the first link, and click "Temple of Elemental Evil v2.0 [ENGLISH] No-CD/Fixed EXE". Download it and replace the ToEE.exe in your root directory with that. The file is 17 kb compressed, 33 kb uncompressed.
