    Does anyone know what the book on the counter in the Welcome Wench inn does? When ever i click on it the game crashes.

    I believe the book is for removing partymembers from your party. Never used it.

    It is the book to create/join/part with members. So if you created a party and then figured that you really wanted a bard, you can go there and create, and then join the group. Saves you from starting over again as would be the only other alternative.

    Have you modified the number of PC's that are allowed in your party? I ask because that is the only time I've seen the book CTD the game.

    Yes. I put the number up to 6. I thought that might be the reason. I just stay well away from that book :)
