[IMG] Cannot get xpcap remover to write to my override folder

Says its 'write protected'... can someone help? I am a bit new at downloading patches and such but this thing just won;t work.

Before someone gives me a hard time I should say; I was playing the game honestly... but when I got to the gate warders in Durlags Tower they started multipling. I got the fix for that but I wanted to see if I could fix the bug but still play the saved game where there was like 100 gate warders. After a lot of saving and backtracking and healing i managed to get all of them (for xp ranging 2200 - 3000) but then saw that my xp was capped at 161k.

So I WAS playing honestly but a bug in the game made it possible to get a lot of XP... But I worked for every damn one!

So how about telling a guy how to use the xp cap remover?

Try downloading the BG Ease Patch from the downloads section. It's an exe that has some other stuff in it (like higher stacks for arrows) but everything is optional. It has an xp cap remover.

What you have to do, so you can put the XP remover in use?

Yes, you are stuck quite early in the game, it's very frustrating because very tough fights await you, and you'll draw no XP for it.
