Step forward a little and you'll get attacked from all sides by a few Cean Gwla and several Shades. They leave behind Spirit Residues when killed.
Here you'll get attacked by a few Widowmakers and Widowmaker Spiderlings led by a Vithrack Exarch. The Exarch can use Cipher powers like Puppet Master and Silent Scream. The spiders, along with all other spiders on this level, leave behind Spider Venom Sacs when killed. The Exarch, like any other Vithracks, will leave behind a Vithrack Brain when killed.
There will be a few Widow Maker Spiderlings and Crystal Eater Spiderlings here.

Several spiders of various sorts, led by a Menpwgra, will attack you here. The Menpwgra will leave behind an Awakened Adra when killed.
There will be another wave of spiders of various sorts here, led by a Vithrack Exarch.
This web sac will have the Adra Key, which can be used to open the door at #11.
This hidden web sac can only be discovered while in scouting mode. It will have an Arbalest named Aedrin's Wrecker.
There will be a pair of Adragans here, along with several Cean Gwlas. The Cean Gwlas can use Silent Scream, while the Adragans can cast high-level spells, which can make this a tough fight. Any spells or abilities that can raise your defenses are highly recommended. Any way to put pressure on the Adragans from a distance, like your own spells (e.g. Malignant Cloud) or missile fire that can inflict spell effects (e.g. Aedrin's Wrecker) can be very helpful here. One of the Cean Gwlas leaves behind the Rod of Pale Shades.
