Why He's Included and How to Use Effectively
Edwin becomes the best pure arcane spellcaster in the whole game. His Conjurer specialization plus his amulet that provides 3 extra spells per spell level means he almost never runs out of spells to use during a battle. It gets even better if he calls on a Project Image spell. Whether it's keeping himself buffed up against danger with his protective spells, or messing with the ability of the monsters to fight with spells like Chaos, or wreaking havoc with damaging spells, look no further than Edwin for an evil party.
