Here you'll notice a crowd gathered in the front of the estate. Once you get close enough, Erlina will speak to you and suggest a plan of going around back and to the left to take advantage of the chaos at the front. She also provides you with disguises. This will consist of each character donning a Guard Helmet (Steel), a Guard Gloves (Steel), a Guard's Uniform (Steel), and Guard Boots (Steel).
Here a few Guards may notice that you're up to no good and attack you.
Here is the entrance to Interior of the Estate. At this point, Erlina will recommend putting on your disguises, and hiding in the bushes. Her plan is for her to convince the Guards to check out a possible Darkspawn sighting nearby. Once they're gone, the way is clear for you to go through the door.
