Fihelis Estate, Level 2

2. If you’re with the Shadow Thieves, there’s a City Watch Sergeant here who won’t be fooled by your use of the Cloak. There’s apparently no way to get around this, and all the Guards on the second level are going to be hostile.
   
   
3. If you’re with the Shadow Thieves, this is where you’ll find Fihelis for the killing. If you’re with the City Watch, you break in on Moire and 3 of her thugs about to finish off Fihelis. Buff up to the max, and use Haste and single target offensive spells on Moire, cause she can dish out some pretty severe damage. She also takes a while to kill herself. She’ll leave behind a Rapier +3 and a Moonstone Mask.
   
   Talk to Fihelis, get as much background info from him as you’d like, then select the option that takes you back to Breilana.

Either way, you’ll now be given a new quest that involves a missing emissary from Waterdeep. Old Owl Well now appears on your world map.
