  1. Exit from the Archives.

  2. Here you’ll find the Caretaker. Information on Ammon Jerro and the Jerro family lies within a Vault. Gaining access to the Vault requires answering questions asked to you by four Archive Tomes. Those tomes however can only be seen by someone who wears a Caretaker’s Veil. The Caretaker suggests that you take one from another Caretaker who was recently slain by the invading Githyanki.

  3. Here lies the dead Caretaker. On his body you’ll find the Caretaker’s Veil.

  4. Secret doors that can be seen through provided you're wearing the Caretaker's Veil. Behind the doors lie chests with random loot.

  5. A bookcase that holds Death of a Sailorman (vol. 1 of 3).

  6. A bookcase that holds To Counter the Assumption of a Flat Faerun.

  7. A bookcase that holds The Illefarn Cypher.

  8. A bookcase that holds Death of a Sailorman (vol. 2 of 3).

  9. A bookcase that holds Luskan Threat to Neverwinter.

  10. A bookcase that holds Death of a Sailorman (vol. 3 of 3).

  11. Archive TomesOne of four pedestals that hold Archive Tomes. You’ll need the Caretaker’s Veil to see them. Click on this one and it will ask you a random question, the answer to which can be found in the book, To Counter the Assumption of a Flat Faerun.

  12. The Archive Tome here asks you a random question, the answer to which can be found in the Illefarn Cypher.

  13. The Archive Tome here asks you a random question, the answer to which can be found in the Luskan Threat to Neverwinter.

  14. The Archive Tome here asks you a random question, the answer to which can be found in the volumes of Death of a Sailorman.

  15. Once all four Tomes have had their questions answered, all four doors to the Vault here open. Here you’ll find some Githyanki who have also taken an interest in Ammon Jerro as the thief of a Silver Sword. They immediately attack you. Click on the book in the middle of the room, and you’ll learn that the Githyanki will be moving in on Ammon’s descendant, Shandra Jerro, next. You can now choose to head to Shandra Jerro’s Farm immediately.
